The professional training at C.E.E.S.O. is well-known and recognised for its rigorous pedagogical approach, for its relations with universities and for its connections with the health and scientific worlds. It aims to train high level practitioners, specialised in the osteopathic clinical approach necessary for professional practice but who may also join interdisciplinary medical teams or even participate in scientific research programmes.
 
The training at C.E.E.S.O. prepares the student for the French national examinations and for the study of final year thesis, essential elements to pass the osteopathic diploma (D.O. - M.R.O.F.).
 
QUALITY TRAINING AND COURSES
With regard to training, the teaching of fundamental subjects is provided by high level specialist doctors, well known via their publications. Both the theoretical and the practical aspects of osteopathic subjects are carried out by osteopaths, all members of the Registre des Ostéopathes de France, who are highly motivated by teaching while at the same time practising their profession in a private capacity.
The courses are updated every year, modern teaching methods and material used, with regular assessment tests and a research unit: all these conditions are essential to enable you to become, not only competent technicians but, above all responsible specialist practitioners.

- PRACTICAL TRAINING IN HOSPITAL
The practical training periods in hospitals are a fundamental element of the teaching programme at C.E.E.S.O. They aim to bring a real professional competence and to make our students highly efficient.
 
Starting with an introductory training course by which the student is familiarised with hospital life and health environment, they elvolve year after year towards a rate of three days a week during last years in the school.
 
C.E.E.S.O. OSTEOPATHIC HEALTH CENTRE
From the third year on, the students participate in osteopathic examinations three times a week, either within the C.E.E.S.O. which has its own consulting centre or outside the college at « Péniche du Coeur - F.N.S.U. ».
